How do we manage the organization?

Supervisory Board
It brings together diverse expertise in non-profit work, disability services, and management and finance, overseeing the overall direction of projects and approving the core plans

Clear policies
Written systems that regulate decision-making processes, define authority limits, and outline monitoring and escalation mechanisms when needed

Independent financial oversight
Periodic review of accounts, ensuring that resources are directed to their approved purposes, and sharing reports with relevant entities when needed

Sustainable funding
Diversity in income sources (grants, operating contracts, social contributions, etc.), with a commitment to directing any surplus toward supporting the same purpose for which the organization was established
